Project Description: The main objective of this assignment is to prepare Detail Project Report (DPR) of all the basic Infrastructure of the
Pelkarzhing LAP, Phuentsholing Thromde through the following stages:
A. To carry out a Feasibility study
The Tasks carried out were: –
a) Conduct detailed field study for data and information collection
b) Conduct detailed engineering survey and data collection.
c) Analyze data, design, and provide alternate.
d) Carry out analysis including economic, social, environmental, financial impact assessment analysis and other
aspects.
e) Organize presentation and consultation meeting if required
f) Conduct field verification and additional data collection if required
g) Submit final feasibility study report to Thromde with incorporation of all the comments and feedback
B. To carry out detail Design and Estimate of the basic infrastructure :
Carry out the Detailed Design & Drawing; Preparation of Detailed BoQ, Estimates, Specifications and
Preparation of Tender Documents.

Scope of work: Carry out the Detailed Design & Drawing; Preparation of Detailed BoQ, Estimates, Specifications and Tender
Documents. Specific details of the works are:
1) Roads & Drains- Total Length- 17964 m (width-18.6m, 12m, 10m, 9m, 6m, & 4.5m)
Total No of Culverts- 43
2) Water Supply Network-Total Length- 24640m, Water Reservoirs designed- 150, 300, 350, 500 Cum
3) Street Light- Total Length- 18610m
4) Footpath & Storm Water Drainage- Total Length Footpath- 645m & Total Length Drains- 6900m
5) Sewerage network- Total Network Length- 16300m & Treatment plant- 1MLD
