Project Description: The Project included full time supervision of the work. Monitoring progress of the work. Overall quality control at the site.

Scope of works: Full time supervision of the construction works by a qualified and experienced engineer together with engineers of the Client and the Contractor. Carryout measurements and review billing along with Client and Contractor’s representatives. Construction progress monitoring and evaluation. Material testing and certification of quality. Organize meetings (such as monthly progress meetings, etc.) at the site regarding laboratory tests on materials, progress, plants workman ship, labour, quality assurance and quality control and specifications. Monthly progress reporting. Review and approval of shop drawings, construction methodology, temporary works, etc. Preparation of as –built drawings. Ensure safety working procedures and enforce them. Overall quality control and quality administration/ assurance. Certification of quality and workmanship on completion of the project. Coordination between the client and the contractor. Issue instructions where necessary to prevent delays in construction work.
