Preparation of Master Plans; Architectural & Structural Designs, Design of roads, External water supply and external electrification, detailing works from Conceptual Designs, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitation Design.
We undertake detail sub-soil/geotechnical investigation including core drilling, SPT, Plate Load Test other soil tests for building works, bridges and hydropower projects.
We undertake detail survey, like reconnaissance survey, detail survey like PT Surveys, Contour Survey, Road Surveys, setting out surveys and check surveys.
Detail Environmental and social Studies and Environmental Impact Analysis and auditing.
Preparation of Bill of Quantities & Cost Estimation, Specification & Tender Documents, Construction Plan and Schedule.
Review and Engineering Auditing of Projects.
Representation of client in litigation and claim cases related to contract disputes. Claims related to misinterpretation of the contract clauses.
